Low/Medium High Fin

Low and medium high fin tube

Integral external fins giving increased external surface area. Used in condensers, evaporators, oil coolers, air coolers, air conditioning equipment. Typical sizes for low fin tubes are given in the table below, other sizes are possible. Medium high fins are available on tubes 15.88mm od to 22.22mm od, 10 to 11 fins per inch and fin heights up to 8mm. For additional details see page Low/Medium High Fin Tubes.

Integral internal copper fins of 2.5mm to 3mm height give improved heat transfer and excellent reistance to vibration. Used in water coolers, evaporators, refrigerators, air conditioning equipment. Typical sizes are given in the table below, other sizes are possible.

Corrugated Fin

Corrugated fin tube

Internal and external spiral corrugated copper fins of 0.5mm to 1.5mm height create progressive turbulence giving a high degree of thermal conductivity. Particularly suitable for use in fluid to fluid, gas to gas heat exchange. Used in air conditioning exchangers and chiller units. Typical sizes are given in the table below, other sizes are possible.

Inner Star Fin

Inner star fin

A thermal conduction tube in which aluminium moulded fins are annealed processed inside the copper tube to give increased surface area. Used in evaporators and condensers on chiller units. Typical sizes are given in the table below, other sizes are possible.

High Performance CH-B

High performance CH-B tube

A tube having integral external fins 26 to 40 fins per inch and increased fin height with a trapezoidal shape plus integral internal fins. Used in codensers, double type heat exchangers. Typical sizes are given in the table below, other sizes are possible.
